We had the lovely Katie playing piano for us tonight, thank you, it was lovely.
Tonight we warmed up with Jingle Bells just to get us in the mood for Christmas.
Dorian has been asked if we can help out singing on the evening of 11th December in the Methodist Church in Wokingham about 7.30pm. The organisers had “done a bunk” and asked if Dorian can step in. The money from the event goes to a charity called Angel Tree which helps out children of prisoners.
Dorian has lowered the key of Candlelight Carol as some of us were struggling with the high notes. Chris has downloaded the new version which is in E Flat. You can find it on the website.

We all tried on or had a look at the polo shirts and most of us have ordered and paid up front. For anyone who has not yet ordered or paid, please bring your money next week.
We spent most of the evening singing Candlelight Carol as there are only a few weeks until the Carol Concert. It will help greatly if we can all become familiar with the new version of the Carol before next Wednesday.
We ended the evening with a couple of upbeat songs.
