XMAS SINGOUTS – please sign up at rehearsals:

Thurs 15th Nov, 6-8pm (half-hour slots) – Hillier’s Garden Centre, Windlesham GU20 6LQ
Sat 1st Dec – 3-5pm (half-hour slots) – The Lexicon, Bracknell, RG12 1AP

STAIRWAY – notices for those performing:

Thanks to those who came to the first sessions. I will additionally start at 7pm on Weds 7th Nov for those who can make it. We may also start at 7.15 on Mon 19th Nov if needed – I will update on this.

I have been told there will be official photography and filming at the performance. Ann will provide consent forms for this before the day. If you have concerns about this please let me know.

A reminder that it is essential that you attend the rehearsal on 18th Nov in order to perform. Please also take time to familiarise yourselves with the score before the 18th. I really appreciate your commitment to this and if you are unsure about any of the instructions before then please don’t hesitate to email me or ask at rehearsal.

Please listen for practice but remember you can sing them slightly faster/slower and at your own comfortable ranges.

WOKINGHAM CHOIR ONLY notices:

Sun 4th Nov, 2 – 4pm – Extra rehearsal – Birch Hill School, Bracknell, RG127WW
AN IMPORTANT NOTICE: unfortunately we do not have access to refreshment facilities so please bring your own water/refreshments if needed.

Mon 5th Nov, 7.30 – 9.15pm – Joint rehearsal – Prospect School Hall, Reading RG30 4EX
Please use the Honey End Lane entrance to park in the car park at the front of the school – the hall is at the front of the building.

Sat 10th Nov, 3pm – 7.30pm – Rehearsal/Concert – St Paul’s Church, Wokingham RG41 1EH

Please arrive in concert dress, and bring Tippett, Skempton, Mozart and Beethoven scores and black folders provided.
Advanced tickets are available up until the 10th: thanks to those who have already purchased!
A huge thanks to those who have signed up to help front of house and bring cakes on the day.

We will be rehearsing for our joint Christmas concert on Dec 15th.

Update from Chris (The Webmaster)

Apologies to the 21 members who received multiple copies of the last email, and for the fact it was addressed as if it came from “Chris Edwards”.
An update to our mailing software introduced a bug and I didn’t spot it until after it had begun emailing our members list.  Three of you unfortunately received the email three times as it wasn’t fixed when I tried again!.
