CORDIALLY INVITE YOU TO THE
THIRD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
of the
SING HEALTHY CHOIRS
on TUESDAY 4TH APRIL 2023 at 7.15 pm
St Michael’s Parish Centre & Parish Office,
Crowthorne Road, Easthampstead, Bracknell RG12 7ER

As you will already know the third AGM of the Sing Healthy Choirs is due to take place on Tuesday 4th April at 7.15pm. It will take place in person in Easthampstead, Crowthorne and will include a quiz.

All the details of the event are contained in the AGM Invite. Below you will also find links to two documents:

You will need to read both documents before you attend the meeting as your approval and comments will be sought.

Just to warn you the report and financial statement is 11 pages long – so you may wish to read it on screen and make a note if there is any issue you wish to raise or comment you wish to make.

All questions and nominations for Trustee positions must be made by email to lynn.marshall@singhealthy.co.uk bu 31st March 2023.

Although I know you will be interested in the AGM I am equally sure the quiz will act as a draw. Please bring your own drinks and nibbles. We even have quiz prizes.

The event starts at 7.15 prompt with the first part of the quiz. Should you wish to only attend the AGM it will start at 8pm and finish around 8.40. There will then be a social break and the second part of the quiz will start at 9pm.

The Trustees would urge you to attend this event and hope you will enjoy the evening.

IF YOU THINK YOU MAY ATTEND THE AGM/QUIZ EVENING I WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL IF YOU WOULD EMAIL ME OR LET ANY OF THE TRUSTEES KNOW. MY EMAIL ADDRESS ABOVE. YOU WILL NOT BE HELD TO YOUR ACCEPTANCE BUT IT WILL ENABLE THE TRUSTEES TO PLAN FOR THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE ROOM AND THE TEAMS.
