Dear All,

Firstly, here’s some important information about the upcoming rehearsal and performance for Bracknell Choir:

To make up for the missed rehearsal on 28^th Feb, we are going to extend the times of the remaining rehearsals leading up to our performance. Rehearsals on Wednesday 14^th and 21^st March will start at 7pm. Though we understand this won’t work for everyone, please arrive for that time if you are able to make it. The extra rehearsal on Sunday 18^th March will now run 1.30 – 4.30pm at Birch Hill School, RG12 7WW.

 For the performance at the Methodist Church on 24^th March:

• Please arrive at 6.20pm to start a short rehearsal at 6.30pm.
• The concert will start at 7.30pm.
• Please wear Singhealthy red polos (please let Ann know if you don’t have one!) and black skirt/trousers/shoes.
• We will hand out red folders for the music.
• Cake, tray bakes etc (don’t have to be homemade!) are very much welcomed for refreshments/fundraising. 
• Please invite all your friends and family! 

We are looking for volunteers to help with Front of House and refreshments, so please let us know at rehearsal if you can lend a hand! (we will be setting up slightly earlier from 6pm).

Secondly, for Wokingham Choir members: please come along to hear Bracknell choir and CLASP choir perform on 24^th March at the Methodist Church in Wokingham! The concert will raise money for CLASP and Sport Relief, and it’s a great opportunity to hear what Bracknell and CLASP have been doing. It also happens, very conveniently, to be in Wokingham! Even better, if you think you can lend a hand on the evening, we would really welcome some support with Front of House and Refreshments, so please let Ann or Alison know at rehearsal.

Lastly, a quick reminder to all about Rachel Charter’s own fundraiser for CLASP: she will be running the Reading Half Marathon in just a few days on 18th March.
