A copy of the Sing Healthy Annual Trustee Report to the CC

Item 6 In accordance with the SH Charity Commission constitution one third of the committee has to stand down annually. Ann Shaw(chair) and Lynn Marshall(secretary) will stand down at this meeting. Both have expressed a wish to stand for re-election. Therefore, the current Trustees warmly invite members from both choirs to stand for the Trustee posts of Chair and Secretary of SH Choirs.

Should you wish to stand for election, or know someone who does, please find a proposer and seconder and email these details to Lynn.Marshall@singhealthy.co.uk, on or before Thursday 19th May. Thank you.

Ann Stainton will continue to serve on the Trustee board as a co-opted member due to her immense wealth of knowledge and experience around Charity Status and Sing Healthy choirs.

The meeting is expected to last no longer than one hour.
