For Bracknell Choir: a reminder that there will be no rehearsal on Wednesday October 26th, for half-term.

For Wokingham Choir: please see the details for the concert listed below.
Please note, to make the most of our remaining rehearsal time, we’ve decided to save ‘Berio – E Si Fussi Pisci’ for our next programme. Please hold onto your booklets as we will look forward to learning it next term.

Our rehearsal on Monday 7th November will be a joint rehearsal with Berkshire Maestros, in preparation for the concert. This will be held from 7–9pm (note the slightly earlier time) at their venue: King’s Academy Prospect School Hall, Reading RG30 4EX (entrance via Honey End Lane).

And a reminder for our rehearsals before then:

• Monday October 24th, 7.30–9.30pm at Wokingham Baptist Church, RG40 1DE
• Monday 31st October – normal rehearsal at St Crispin’s
• Sunday 6th November 2–4pm at St Crispin’s Sixth Form Atrium

We will release ‘main hall’ seats first and use the balcony space only if needed. Please book early for the main hall tickets in case these run out, as the balcony has a restricted view.

Venue

We will have the backstage Lecture Room to store coats and bags. This will be locked during the performance only. We can also use the adjacent hall as a breakout space before the performance (and also for refreshments in the interval).

There is no onsite parking except for wheelchair users and for drop-off. There is some limited on-street parking on Milton Road, and town centre car parks are a short walk away.

Timings: please arrive from 3.45 for a 4pm rehearsal
Please arrive through the Lecture Room, to the right of the main entrance

• 4pm Choir only rehearsal
• 5pm-6pm Camerata & Choir rehearsal
• (6pm-6.30/40 Camerata only rehearsal if needed)
• 7.30pm Concert Start – please be seated at 7.20
• (finish around 9.15/30)

Concert dress: all black plus red ties/scarves (full length or opaque tights). Small handbags and water bottles are fine on stage.
