Wokingham Choir & Ascot Brass: ’Serenata’ Concert
Saturday July 8th, 7.30pm at Wokingham Baptist Church, RG40 1DE

Please buy in advance for friends and family – we have released ‘main hall’ seats and we will release the balcony space (which has a restricted view) if this fills up.
Venue
We will have the backstage Lecture Room to store coats and bags. This will be locked during the performance only. We will use the adjacent hall as a breakout space before the performance (and also for refreshments in the interval).
There is no onsite parking except for wheelchair users and for drop-off. There is some limited on-street parking on Milton Road, and town centre car parks are a short walk away.
Timings
Please arrive through the Lecture room, to the right of the main entrance: 3.45 for a 4pm rehearsal.
- 4pm–c.5.30pm choir rehearsal (arrive from 3.45)
- 6pm–c.6.30pm joint rehearsal with Ascot Brass
- 7pm doors open
- 7.30pm concert start – please be seated by 7.25pm
- (finish around 9.15/30)
Concert dress
All black plus red ties/scarves. Small handbags and water bottles are fine on stage.
