Music and info for Bracknell Choir
For Bracknell Choir members, please see the list of scores below to bring along to the remaining rehearsals before our half term break.
Secondly, we have confirmed a date for Bracknell Choir’s Bond-themed concert: Saturday 22nd June, 2024 at St John the Baptist Church, Crowthorne. We are delighted that, after our concert in April, Liquorice Allsorts will be joining us to perform again.
For Wokingham Choir, please continue to bring the ‘In Windsor Forest’ booklet as well as the Campion and Purcell scores. Christmas music will follow soon!
Many thanks for your attention,
Louise
Music for Bracknell Choir – until half term
Along with 2000 Miles, which we first sang last year, I have arranged ’The Power of Love’ by Frankie Goes to Hollywood, often regarded as a Christmas song, for this year’s Christmas concert. We also have another new Christmas Song – ’The Dome of St Paul’s’ – written last year by Ed Blunt. Finally, looking ahead to our Bond concert, we have Louis Armstrong’s ‘We Have All the Time in the World’, a theme song from the Bond film ‘On Her Majesty’s Secret Service’ (1969). We will add more Christmas repertoire after the half term break, and then more Bond repertoire in the new year.
