In the light of the current Covid19 restrictions the AGM will be held via Zoom.

Item 4 & 5
The current Trustees were elected temporarily to serve up to the point when Charity Incorporated Organisation (CIO) status was granted. At this point the Trustees are required to resign; an AGM be held; a constitution be adopted, and new Trustees elected.

Therefore, the current Trustees warmly invite members from both choirs to stand as Trustees. The 5 posts available are:

• Chairman
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• A representative from both choirs: – Bracknell and Wokingham.

Should you wish to stand for election please send a short statement outlining your interest in a Trustee position to Lynn.Marshall@singhealthy.co.uk, on or before Friday 21st May. Thank you.

Ann Stainton will continue to serve on the Trustee board as a co-opted member.

A zoom invite will be sent on Monday 24thMay.

The trustees look forward to welcoming everyone to the meeting.
