Bracknell Choir: Show Tunes Concert with Liquorice Allsorts

Saturday June 7th, 7.30pm – St John The Baptist Parish Church, Crowthorne, RG45 7AW

Fundraising

The trustees have decided on a new fundraising policy. They will be in touch separately to confirm details including the local charities as nominated by members.

Venue

We will have the Vestry to store coats and bags. We can also use the adjacent hall as a breakout space before the performance (and also for refreshments in the interval).

Parking is free at the Morgan Centre, a short walk from the church. Access at Lower Broadmoor Rd, RG45 7LA. For members approaching from Dukes Ride and Waterloo Road, there is on street parking by the church and limited parking on adjacent unmade roads. Please only park on the church boundary and not in front of residents’ drives.

Timings

Please arrive c.3.45pm for a 4pm rehearsal.

  •  4pm-c.6pm Choir rehearsal
  • c.6pm-c.7pm Liquorice Allsorts rehearsal
  • 7.30pm concert start
  • (finish around (9.15/9.30)

Concert dress

All black plus red ties/scarves. Small handbags and water bottles are fine on stage.
