Here you will find the info and files you need to take part in our virtual choir project.
This is a purely optional project that involves recording yourself singing your part, then sending us the recording. We will then merge all the recordings together into a video which we can share! We hope this will be a fun task, though potentially a challenging one: to help, we have made a how-to guide and a video. You will also need the relevant backing track file(s), all below:
Wokingham choir backing tracks – Non Nobis Domine (attr. Byrd)
Bracknell choir backing tracks – Viva La Vida (Coldplay)
We practised both pieces on our previous rehearsal videos – 30th March & 1st April. (Both of these videos can be found below. You can watch these without a Facebook account: simply click on the link and and then click “not now” if you are asked to create an account).
Obviously we will try to help with any technical queries, however please use the resource that is your WhatsApp group in the first instance.
Finally, look out for another email with info about our upcoming online rehearsals for the Summer term (from 20th April).
