Concert details and music for the second half of term

We’re delighted to announce two upcoming concert dates:

  • a ‘Showtime’ concert with Bracknell Choir on Saturday April 29th
  • a summer concert with Wokingham Choir and Ascot Brass on Saturday June 17th.
A reminder that there will be no rehearsals this week during half term (13th & 15th February).
Rehearsals will recommence on 20th & 22nd February for the second half of term.
Please bring along the sheet music listed below.

Bracknell Choir – ‘Showtime’ concert  

Saturday April 29th, 7.30pm – St Michael’s, Easthampstead

This concert will take place at a new venue for us – St Michael’s Church in Easthampstead. We’re looking forward to trying this new performance venue which has a brilliant acoustic and is enthusiastic to host more musical events. Euchar Gravina will be joining us to play piano.
 
NEW pieces:
  • Oklahoma Medley (as previous) £3 booklet will be available at rehearsal if you don’t already have it
  • Singin’ in the Rain (as previous)  £2 booklet will be available at rehearsal if you don’t already have it
  • Rhythm of Life (as previous) we have lots of existing free copies so no need to print this one if you don’t already have it!

Wokingham Choir – Summer Concert with Ascot Brass:

Saturday June 17th, 7.30pm – Wokingham Baptist Church

We are delighted that Ascot Brass will be joining us for our summer concert, including accompanying for the ‘Anvil Chorus’!
